Default Supercharger pulley

Hey guys. I just got my new pulley and am having trouble getting the old one off. I'm using a standard 3 jaw puller and it's not moving. Any hints or tricks or anything you guys can offer for help and maybe a different puller? Would be appreciated. And does this need to be pressed back on? Thanks guys!

You're not using the right tools. You need a pulley puller like this:

ZZPerformance - Supercharger Pulley Puller #ZZ-PPULR

That is the right tool to remove the old pulley and install the new one. As you can probably assume- if it takes so much force to remove the old one- it is a slight interference fit, so you are going to need the puller posted to get the new one back on.

This may be a silly question- but since you're having problems installing the pulley- what size is it, and are you sure you have supporting mods to run it?

I suggest getting the modular pulley system as well. It's nice to only have to pull the pulley once.

You didn't mention what pulley size you're trying to put on.

Anyways- with just a CAI and catback- you're not ready for any pulley anyways- I wouldn't even bother with a 3.5 with just those two mods.

mad wires and coils
Don't bother (I assume you mean MSD). They're both a waste of money. If your stock wires and coils aren't broken- then leave them stock. If they are broken, replace them with a quality OEM replacement.

Ok that's sounds good. What do you recommend for upgrades where I'm at right now?

Headers (get rid of that terrible u-bend)

Colder spark plugs (I use Autolite 104's, but before you drop the pulley you could go with Autolite 605's)

180 degree thermostat

Then drop your pulley size (always be sure to scan for KR though, detonation WILL destroy your engine)

Tuned PCM

Well, since you're trying to yank the pulley off already- obviously you already bought the new pulley- so just tell us what size it is, and then we'll tell you what you need. That's going to be a lot easier than us guessing at what pulley you're trying to run.

Used to be an option on ZZP to just rent the puller. Not sure if they do that anymore or not. I rented mine, but ended up keeping it (they just charge you list price if you decide to keep it)- and I've made way more than my money back doing pulley swaps for locals with it.
