1 - They tend to form to their original shape. Re-using them, they may seem seated OK, in reality do not fit like they should anymore.
2 - How many miles are on them? If you had a faulty UIM or LIM gasket, there are more then plenty of miles on those O-rings.
3 - They are cheap and if I recall they came in the Dorman UIM gasket kit (I have successfully used those O-Rings in the Dorman UIM kit twice on the 3800). If you are uncomfortable with those ones, hit up the parts store, O-Rings are cheap.
4 - Peace of mind.
This may or may not be part of the problem, hard to say, but I would change them, rule it out that this is NOT part of the problem. I found a cheap pick set from Harbor Freight (goes on sale some times for $1-$2) is great for removing and re-installing injector O-Rings.
I'd pop the fuel rail and replace them. Reasons?

80,000 miles, this leak has been around since probably 60,000, just wasn't bad enough to fix. It was getting to where oil pooled in the of the lower intake
crevices. I'll probably snag an o-ring kit from the auto parts tomorrow.
Figured it out, took to Autozone, Cylinder 5 misfire/fuel injector codes popped up. One of the injector wires was sheared and just barely hanging onto the connector. I wondered why it kind of ran rough every once in awhile.
