question?????
ok so i know im going to sound completely retarded for asking this but ill do it anyway. i was on the milzy motorsports site and noticed that something called a "core charge". it apparently costs more money and has the option of mailing my core in and just paying shipping. what do they mean by core charge?
It means they are giving you the part, but you need to return your stock part first.
If you send the core in, it means you are sending your core in first and then they are giving you theirs.
This is very popular for PCMs. Usually they cost $100 plus $100 core. Which you will pay $200, but when you send your PCM back to them, they refund you $100. It's so they can reflash your PCM and then sell it to someone else.
Or you can pay the core charge and keep both items. (Most of the time I keep my core so that I have a part to fall back on, just in case)

basicly the core charge is for stuff that can be rebuilt(remaufactured) and re sold or like battery's they recyle the plastic and lead and reuse it for new ones
