Unhappy performance issues on a 01 ss

first off let me say thanks for at least reading this.
its a 01 ss with 247,000 showing (title says 250,xxx so not sure about the mileage. Prev owner just replaced right cv joint, axle and fuel pump 2 days before i bought it
seemed to run fine for the 2 mts iv'e had it
got on highway yesterday for the first time and it seems to cutout at 4000 rpm
by that i mean the car acts like its out of gas and the CEL flashes
it has stored 1 code (checked by adv and autozone) and it does not keep the CEL on all the time just it was somthing about the torq being out of range
now the abs and tc lights are both lit because the right front wheel censer
got damaged when the cv joint broke adv says that accounts for the torq code
so ?#1 any ideas about the rpm limit?

i call it that because at lower rpm's it has power and decent acceleration
as long as i stay less then 1/2~3/4 petal it will get up to 90 at least
it just cuts out under hard acceleration

and it may be unrelated but idk every so often the car will put up low coolant level when its not low and when it does 1.the temp gauge stops working and bottoms out cold 2.the ac stops working 3.the fans will rum constantly
even hours after stopping the car until i unplug and reconnect a plug harness right by the battery ( idk i was shown this trick by prev owner) then it will all (123) work fine again for a week or so but this seems to have no effect on the rpm deal. Bear in mind i live a hour from the closest dealer/decent mech so i'm on my own trying to fix this any ideas
thanks again for reading all of this even if you have no ideas
