Default Performance Chip???

I am wanting to add a performance chip to my car if there is one. I do not want one of those cheap resistor crap that they sell on ebay. Does anybody know if they make a true performance chip for the 02 SS. Thanks ahead of time for your input.

What you want is PCM tuning. There are various vendors that do mail-order tunes, or you can purchase tuning software, or you can get a dyno-tune from a local speed-shop.

Second what chibi said. Zzp, intense, overkill does mail order tunes to name a few. To get the absolute most out of the car will be to dyno tune it locally at a speed shop though.

I go to church with the guy who ownes DBR. It is local right here in Spring Hill TN. I checked and can get a Dyno Tune done for 150. I am going to wait until I get the exaust and then have him do it for me.

X2

$150 is pretty good for a dynotune. It won't do a lot on a nearly stock L36, but it's a good baseline to reference later on when you do more mods.
