over heating issue

Default over heating issue

hey everyone, i have a problem, maybe someone knows how to solve it or has an idea on wat i can do. i have an 87 monte with a stock 350 out of a 80s corvette with 305 heads, edlebrock intake, holly 650 carb, msd wires, dist., n ignition, turbo 350 trans, 22in electric fan and a posi rear end. now im not running the stock fan off the water pump n i dont kno if i should or not. ive changed the thermostat twice n it still over heats. if theres something im not doin please let me kno!

Ok make sure the it is a pulling fan not a pushing fan you can tell by turning on the car and fan ad put a pc of tissue paper on the front it should suck to the radiator if the fan is wired right and is placed right on the radiator (motor side is pulling .bumper side if pulling) on my 1 Chevy truck i had switched out from the belt fan to electric fan and the guy that put the new fan on had wired it wrong so it was trying to push the air though the wrong way (instead of pulling the air though the radiator ) and gave me a sporadic over heating problem the only other thing you could look at is check the cfm of the fan you may need a a twin fan set up to move enough air though the radiator

i did check before n it is pulling thru the raditor, so i have no idea wat could be the issue, im also tryin to get more power out of it with out spending alot of money, any suggestions?

fulush it out real good you may have a plug or a air pocket some where . With out being there that would be my next step and it is cheep to flush it out
