Grand Prixs came with 11" rotors stock, we got the 12" rotors. So if it is the 12" upgrade, you already have it. Doesn't pertain to us.

What size can we go up to on the stock 16" rim?

the SSM90 kit became so poorly popular because of how expensive the fuel lines you have to buy are.
Also you are stuck with their pulley system and belts.
It was a great idea, but the price of some parts in that kit really killed any popularity

It's your choice on whether or not you want to install their supercharger kit. I was thinking that this was the kit that you were talking about, but when you said it was a "new" kit, that threw me off for a moment. Before you install the kit, weigh the pros and cons first.
Pros:
Mildly easy install (can be done in an afternoon)
HP gains are okay (however limited like Chibi mentioned)
Cons:
The most expensive way to install an M90 on an L36
HP gains are limited due to pulley size availability
Top swaps/engine swaps are cheaper/better
