Default Minivan Problem (Dodge) - 3800

As of yesterday the minivan has been having some issues running. It threw p1297 which says that the voltage to the map sensor doesn't change from when the van is off to when it starts.

We replaced the map sensor already, seemed to run a little better, started it again, runs like crap again.

It is bouncing a little when it idles, and the engine is shaking the whole van horribly. You can hear the exhaust, it sounds like there's paper in there or something, possibly missing bad or bad timing?

Does anyone know what this could be? I'm starting to think a spark plug problem, maybe something to do wit the spark or a bad injector?

I can upload a video if needed.

everything checks out to be good, not leaking at all, all pcm wires are secure, no visual damage to any wires or plugs

Since you got a P1297 code I would start by checking the circuit that provides voltage to the MAP sensor.
