Default M62 blower on my L36?

Hey guys!

My friends dad got his hands on two m62 superchargers and I offered to buy them off him. They both work perfectly, but I'm wondering if they'll fit on my L36 at all. I know they're off the 3800 series I engine. Anyone got any info on these?

Thanks!
Tyler

How do you plan on mounting it to the engine?

I was thinking about doing the ZZP SSM90 kit, but I wasn't sure if it would line up. If not, how would I mount it?

Don't buy an M62. At the least, get a Gen 3 M90.

Is there a market for these superchargers? Maybe I could sell it and use the money I get from it to buy the gen 3? If it means anything, one of them came with a throttle body off the car it came from.

Haven't you given up on forced induction yet?

Gen 3's sell for $100 or less, so they're not really expensive at all. I'm not sure if there's any market for that old of an M62. Cobalts/Ions come with them stock, but I doubt that they would buy an old M62.

I thought earlier you decided that until you moved out from your parents you weren't going to be able to tear down the engine.

I gave up on the top swap, and the turbo's... but not the ZZP SSM90 kit. That's easy enough to install that I could probably do it in 1-2 days without any help. I'm not searching as hard to do it, but if the opportunity presents itself, I'm going to go ahead and do it.

Anyone know of someone who might be interested in buying this? It won't be mine for a couple weeks because I'm sortof tight on money right now.
