When my MAF was failing...I had no CEL either.
Cleaning didnt cut it..So I spent the extra for a new one...
Havent had any issues since!(Thanks Mike)
Maybe it never was the ICM?/ If it turns out to be the MAF?

Thanks for the info, drove the intrigue into work today becuase i don't like driving a messed up car... Don't want to wash the cyl and add gas to my oil if i don't have to,
As far as clogged cat i know that is not the issue lol catless downpipe
I have a few thing I will try after work tonight and tomarrow since I am off, probably take my new(3month old) ICM and my old up to orielly and get them checked too, need to find my multimeter and do some other checks aswell
I will add the maf to the list of things to check

Have you tried swapping the coil to a different location to verify it is the module and not the coil? If you move it then get zapped look closer at the module and its connections. If you don't get zapped replace the coil.
There are some rubber insulators that protect the connections from arcing...are they installed? Did you apply a thin coat of dielectric grease to them prior to installation? Is the replacement module you installed an AC Delco or Delphi? A lot of the inexpensive aftermarket parts aren't constructed to close tolerance. This wouldn't be the first time I've heard of one shorting internally once it gets hot and things expand...

Made sure to hit all conections with dielectric when i replace the icm

Well if the 1/4 position remained dead after you swapped coils then it has to be in the module or the module circuit. When you put the last module in did you use a thin coat of heat sink compound on it to aid in heat transfer? Too much compound will actually inhibit heat transfer.

So, My guess is:
You un plugged the MAF while it was running? and it didnt stahl out which it should have....Thus proveing theres a MAF issue!
Did you try unplugging the MAF before you start it up?....
It should start and run Normally with the MAF un plugged.
Theres a pre set program already in the computer which will allow it to run normally without it plugged in at startup.
Did you try this method?

Just got back from orielly and autozone, had both test it, failed at both, so the search for the reciept begins
