Well first thing forget that site. Go to ZZPERFORMANCE.COM you will find everything you need there at a lot better prices.

If you have to ask that question, then its likely that you will never make enough power to 'hurt' the engine. They can handle way more than 99.9% of people can throw at them.

i would like to get at least 300hp
-cold air intake or fenderwell intake
-3" downpipe
-drilled 180* thermostat
-modded stock 1.9:1 rockers
-powerlog
-3.4" supercharger pulley
-aftermarket pcm or custom tune from local

Thats the easiest/cheapest way to make 240whp which is ~300bhp. Its been done for $500 buying used stuff- I'd probably budget $750 to be safe. You can make way more power if you want- just depends on your budget.

x2 on zzperformance also check out www.wbodystore.com and lastly www.intense-racing.com (go in that order if you can't find something).

Add an N* throttle body to the list, or at least a ZZP ported TB.
AND COLDER PLUGS! I have NGK iridiums, for longevity, but for PEAK performance, buy the Autolite 103's

Good call on plugs, I totally forgot about those. If you didn't plan on modding anymore than the above, stick with Autolite 104s though, the 103s are a pinch cold for them from my experience. If you plan to keep modding, the 103s are the better choice. Just keep in mind that they are copper plugs, and will need to be changed much more frequently.

As far as the TB, a N* is a great mod, but it shouldn't be necessary to run the 3.4" knock free. I would say it would be the next thing I would do after that list though, if you wanted to keep going- followed by a ported blower.
