They are already just about maxed out on the stock LS4
It's the same 4t65e-HD as the L67 powered Montes got, and we know that 300HP is their max

Yea, you won't get much more out of the stock tranny than you already are. The transmissions in these cars are probably one of the weakest links. I hate to say it, but the 06/07 SS's with the LS4 seem to eat through these transmissions even worse.
