I dont know much about them, but seeing as how they are used on the 3800 V6, I would thing it would be a little small for a V8 but I dont know.

With a manufactured adapter plate I'm sure it will work just as well as any other blower. That's the only part I'd see being your main hurdle. I'd probably use one of the M90's from the thunderbirds instead of one used on 3800 cars, due to the fact that the air inlet is probably more carb friendly to mount than the side entry on 3800s version of the M90. Then again I've never tried it but that's just my opinion on what you could run into.

first of all the m90 would be too small. and second it made for a efi motor. where would you bolt up the carb ??
you can get roots type blower kits for sbc . everything you need to make it go.

I would guess that an M112 would be THE smallest you would want to go with. They're putting M90's on 2.4L's. That's HALF the size of your 5.7L. Try a Vortech, or find a Whipple, Magnacharger, etc.

Here's a thought: Buy that one AND another M90 and build a twin blower setup with a 2nd carb! Should be a piece of cake! AND it'd be WAY kewl!

As mentioned before- where would you get the fuel from? You'd have to either mount the carb ahead of the blower, or convert to EFI.

Also, I hope by trading your 3 wheeler, you mean a big wheel- used M90's are dirt cheap, I've seen some as low as $100- and decent shape ones from $200.

I don't really think it would be way too small- with a smaller pulley, you could still run mild boost levels on it. I mean if this was something where you got a dirt cheap M90, built your own cheap adapter and did the whole setup yourself- I don't think it would be that bad.

If you're looking for it to compete with the other store bought supercharger kits, its obviously not going to do that; if you want that kind of performance gain- I'd agree on trying to find a used M112 off a cobra or Lightning instead.
