Default help 2003 monte carlo ss is overheating

i was driving today and it started to smoke looked under the hood and seen steam and was leaking antifreeze and i figured that the radiator hose had a small leak and was spraying on the manifold.

then we drove it a little bit started overheating and we got to the gas station i poured some water in the radiatior overflow box, drove it same thing. I didnt let the engine go into the red 260 degrees the bottom radiator hose had no pressure and was cool and the radiator was cool. Right before we got it home it would die if you would go slow and when u pull out it sounded like it was missing.

When i got home i fount a chunk of a belt about 3 inches long on the bottom frame the main belt is ok but it is night time does these cars have 1 belt or two i know sometimes the have rubber timing belts but dont know why i would have fount it outside of the engine.

Thanks guys sorry for the long read.
