Looking at the dyno chart, what caused the big spike in power right at the end (at 90mph) on the 502 whp run? It looks like it spikes up almost 100 whp from 88 to 90 mph. I figured maybe boost jumped or something, but it looks like you had full boost since just over 80 mph.

What rpm did you shut down at on the 502 run?

You running a Walbro 255?

One tip of advice from experience when upgrading a fuel pump go bigger than you will ever need so you don't have to do it twice like me lol
Glad I went with twin 255s! Definitely good advice, especially on vehicles where you have to drop the tank to change the pump...

Honestly don't know I was not making the pull all I seen is the pull and sheet after.

Mind sharing how you did the twin 255 setup? I'm debating that or a walbro 400

Yes currently one 255 with rewire and BAP

I watched your videos and your car sounds so good. I told you your car would have more horsepower then mine.

It wasn't terrible to do. More labor than anything really. I already had one 255, and with the new setup, I wanted to go ahead and upgrade. I had the tank out anyways since the stock one was a rusty mess as was the filler neck.

It would've been a million times easier on one of those fuel pump setups that drops straight down in a hole. The 5th gen one drops in and forward, so it was a bit of a pain getting all the angles worked out.

Basically, I created a small cup for the new pump to sit on (like the OEM one) out of sheet metal, and welded it to the stock lower cup. To add some support, I welded in two pieces of rod on the backside (between the pumps and level sender). One piece attaches right about where the two pieces of metal meet, the other extends to the far end of the new one, and wraps around the end little.

Around the center is another piece of sheet metal that wraps both pumps together and bolts to the support on the backside. I flipped the rubber sleeve upside down on the 2nd one to get them to snug up to each other better. Then I ran two new outlets out the top, one for each pump. It connects to the pumps with fuel tank line (rated to have gas/E85 both inside and outside).

I hooked up the old feed line as the new return line (as it was already 3/8"), and just routed it down to the bottom with some leftover fuel tank line. Lastly, I wanted to upgrade the power wires to each since the stock wires are too small already IMO-especially for a single upgraded pump, much less a pair of pumps. So I bought some wire that is built to be soaked in fuel/alcohol, and wired them both through a new pass-through in the top cap. I built a 4 wire harness for it about 8" from the tank, so it unplugs like stock (I still have the stock connector for the level sender).

I don't have a lot of pictures of it unfortunately. Below is one about 95% done, it was my last mockup to make sure it fit in the tank still. I changed a few fittings on the top, coated the bare metal, and made a few other minor changes- but this should give you the general idea.
