Default Fuel Issues at Idle... Again

I thought getting rid of that faulty set of ZZP plug wires fixed my fueling issues at idle, but apparently not. I started the car, and she was surging super bad. Trying to lurch forward when in gear, and the RPM's were jumping up and down about 250 rpm. I opened the hood and imediately knew it was a vacuum leak, cause I could hear it sucking air. I redid the vacuum hoses going to the EVAP canister and fuel pressure regulator, but I'm still having the same fuel issue at idle. Could this be caused by a bad LIM gasket? I replaced the upper gasket not to long ago. I don't think its a weak fuel pump, cause the car doesn't feel down on power, and doesn't break up at full throttle.

Edit: I redid the vacuum lines again, cause I didn't like the line I used. I tried some 1/4" hard emission tube, but I switched to 1/4" inner diameter fuel line instead. This actually brought the short fuel trim down. Now it will bounce up and down around 12, and dip into the single digits. But the long fuel trim, at idle, remains constant at 16.4
