nothing was done my car still does the same thing service guy said thats normal any car out there hit 4k rpm then drops to 3500 rpm then back up continuasly??? something is wrong with my car rite???? it only does the surging in park

well, duh. if you try to accelerate in park, your rev limiter is going to keep pushing it down, to prevent you from ruining the engine.
completely normal.
