Default Engine swap/wire harness

I picked up an 88ss where the owner pulled motor/tranny and front clip off car. I put an older 350 (1976) into the car. My question is the wiring harness, what do I do with the plugs for the sensors which are no longer there. Can they just be left or ????
Thanx for any help/advice

Thanks Space, never had this whole "WWW." thing to fall back on. Just to add, not sure if it would make a difference but I live in Florida and we have no vehicle emissions test or vehicle inspection

You can leave the plugs hanging or you can cut them, i usually cut for appearances
