Default Engine swap

So I recently bought a 3800 supercharged engine off a 1992 Buick bonniville can I install it in my 2001 Chevy Monte Carlo 3800 ss (non supercharged) what will I need

Certainly it's possible with enough effort, but I'm not sure why youd want to. It's also not a documented swap as no one goes backwards from a series 2 engine to a series 1. Also note that due to having an OBD2 car and swapping in a pre -OBD 2 engine, you could have difficulties or even be flat out prohibited from doing so by local emission regulations.

If I've got my years right, that was a pre- gen 3 blower with a tiny pulley. If that's the case, they make the same HP as a S2 L36 with just a bit more torque. Also have near zero aftermarket (especially when compare to series 2 3800s).
