Default Engine Mount Bushings?

Hey guys, so I am looking to replace the bushings for the upper motor mounts, the part that the dogbone connects to, that fit into the nose of the car on radiator side. I know they sell poly bushings, but do they sell replacements anywhere for the ones that came stock on the car? Mine are kinda worn out, was thinking of filling them with window weld like I have read on other forums, but im trying to keep vibration down so I just want new stock ones. Rockauto only sells the dogbone torque strut bushing, not the one in the radiator area that they hook into. Anyone know where I can order one?

These are the square ones btw! NOT the cylindrical ones in the dogbone connected to the engine, but the square ones that the dogbones connect to above the radiator. I don't want to confuse anyone willing to help.

Default Torque strut bushings

Autoz and Advance Auto Parts have these. You have to buy the entire bracket with the bushing installed. They are about $60 each.
