Default Engine Knocking noise, need suggestions

Currently am facing two problems on the engine that I would like to solve before finishing the body work just in case I need to pull it out.

1. Water pump squealing. Not a big issue.
2. Metal on metal knocking noise. Cant describe it enough in words so I made a video.

Video: https://www.dropbox.com/s/edcogosmyn...12.18.mov?dl=0

Sorry about the squealing. It stops a few seconds into the video.

Suggestions?

Just looked at the flexplate from what I cant see that its cracked. I don't feel any vibrations from it when trying to move it with my hands. I think I may rule it out. The sound doesn't seem to follow a pattern. From what I have heard, cracked flex plates produce the same exact noise the whole time the engine is running. Mine seems to have louder and quieter knocks.

Are you sure the knocking is not from the fan blade with a bad bearing?

I did not since it sounds like its coming from behind the motor. Will take them off and check.

Yes. After making the video I took off all the belts and ran it without the belts. Squeal is gone, but the knocking was left.

but here is another thing thats bugging me. Its not a consistent knock. At lower revs the knock is almost none existent. At higher revs its there, but quieter than when idling.

yes I know rod knocks are usually consistent. maybe the higher oil pressure is quieting it down a bit?? any exhaust leaks?
