i just run without an air box and blow in the TB with a garden hose.

I have the bottom cushion of my driver's seat vented directly to the air intake. Methane power. This can add 5-10 hp, depending on what you eat. I don't think you want to be riding shotgun for the dyno run, however.

OMG. this has to be one of the funniest posts i have ever read through!!! litterally lol! so let me get this straight... if the electric turbo doesnt work... how bout the chip that adds 200 horsepower for $39.95?
