Default electrical turbo charger

has any one purchased a electrical turbo charger that they sell fro 69.95 does it reall work let me know i'm new to this website i have a 2002 monte carlo ss 3.8n/a

do not buy anything like that! and please do not mention anything about chips! they are not good at all! you have a 3.8 which is a great motor for mods. I would post more, but I'm out for the evening!

I heard electric superchargers are far superior to electric turbochargers


to the OP- did you read the stick on 3800 modding yet? Did you see an electric turbo on there? There is a reason...

If you want to you could cover your air filter in high temp aluminum foil, it will keep the temps down and have the same effects as your electric supercharger would.

Electric superchargers cannot suck in enough air to where it would actually help your engine. If they helped so much don't you think gm wouldve installed something so cheap in all of their vehicles?

it works best if you buy a dozen of them. but be careful, cus if you're driving too fast your car can catch air and you'll flip.
