I have a 2001 monte carlo ss and when I had the car looked at, the technician told me that the EGR valve is partially open at 9%. They informed me to just remote the bolts and clean the valve with carbeurator cleaner to get did of some of the carbon buildup. Any advice from some of the Elders of the site with what type of tool I will need to remove the bolts that attaches it to the top of the motor? I can attach some pictures if you all need me to!
