what was the reason ngk took over for making delco plugs?

hmm, didn't know that. Didn't see anything on the ones I bought a couple of months ago that suggested that, thought they were still AC/Delco. Who knows?

well i guess they make them but i guess ac still uses ther name on it.just searched it
