Question Correct Way To Tune?

Quick question about tuning. I gotta buddy that can tune. He says i should get a wideband o2 for most accurate tuning but my question was is if i get a zzp pcm would i still have to tune? Or can i keep my stock pcm and tune? Also can a tune remove the governor out of my car cuz my 04 monte tops out at 118 ish :/

Tune from zzp, wbodystore, overkill ect. Are canned tunes they will not be to your fullest potential, a true street/dyno tune is your best bet, wideband will help dial in air/fuel ration, dyno to squeek out as much as you can then street tune for driviability

Even just to ask him a few questions i would call Carl Thomas of CJTunes/lancer automotive
If i ever get to the point of needing a tune i will be calling him
Stand up guy, mainly does LS stuff but i have asked in the past and he is willing to do just about anything, he puts in the time to do it right and will go the extra mile,
