coolant leak via upper bypass pipe

Question coolant leak via upper bypass pipe

hello, i have a question about replacing the heater hose bypass fitting comming from the lower intake manafold to a bracket holding the inlet and outlet heater hoses, and belt tensoner. its a 90 deg bend and in line. does the upper and lower intake manifolds need to come off to replace this pipe, or does anyone know a way to sneek it in? thank you for the help. Dave
