any time power is disconnected, or the pcm is reflashed, the learned items in the pcm - such as the fuel trims, and all emissions readiness tests - all get reset, zeroed out, etc....

they have to be relearned and re-run by the pcm... and it takes several "drive cycles" to do so, usually 5 - 7... and the emissions readiness tests don't all run at the same time... some will be done during one drive cycle... some will be done during the next one, etc etc... until they all are done and get a status of "complete"...

otherwise, they will have a status of "not run" or "incomplete", and you will not pass...

a lot of miles, like 150 miles, hehe - doesn't mean you've completed 5-7 "drive cycles"... you could drive 300 miles all at once, and still not have all the emissions readiness tests done and complete...
