Ok I am debating swapping a ls4 into my 2004 monte carlo since the engine blew. I know what I need to do it but I am researching upgrades first. I can't seem to get a straight answer on upgraded cam. What would I need to run a custom grinded cam? I know the DOD need to be turned off but do I need to change other things?
