hey folks two things the shift kits are they worth in on our cars being fwd?

Also someone told me B&M makes a signal cleaner for our cars and i dont remeber the name do any of you know what im talking about? It Is suposed to clean up the signal to make the car shift better. or is this basically a shift kit with a plug in adaptor?

Any info on both would be great thanks!
