Default '95 Z34 Timing Belt

At what mileage should the timing belt be changed? I can't seem to find it in the owners manual or my Haynes.
Thanks,

should be checked between 60-70K and deff changed at 100K
it is a very expensive job. and very complicated to do yourself.

I've rebuilt both motorcycle and car engines before, so I'm thinking I could handle it.
Are any special tools needed available for rent at auto parts stores?
Is the process explained in the MC preliminary service Manual? I have one coming from an Ebay auction.
Is there anything too complicated for a garage mechanic?
TIA,
jogasz28

Well, with no response to my last questions, I'm plodding ahead thru uncharted waters.
I just won the SPX KENT-MOORE CAM TOOL J-38613-A for my '95 Monte Carlo on Ebay.
Is that the only special tool I'll need? Can anyone answer any of my questions?
TIA,
jogasz28
