Check the connectors at the alternator and those wires. Basically check your grounds, battery terminals and the connections that lead to/from.

Then i go out this morning and it cranks over once and everything goes dead. It dings when i put the key in then turn and nothing. No lights on dash, headlights, horn, wipers nothing works at all. only things that work is interior lights, trunk opener, and dinger when the key goes in. Checked ignition and oms are perfect. Did not see any bad wires or grounds.

there are power cables the run at teh start.... if one is loose could cause a power issue... when you say checked battery... did you have it checked for cranking amps? or just a voltage test? i have seen some batteries show 13+ volts but still had a dead cell and not enough cranking amps.

it sounds like the issue is with the entire power system for the car... check your main fuses for corrosion basically start at the battery and run thru the bigger thicker wires then to the 10/12 gauge wires for the ignition and other stuff.

Sounds like you might have a battery issue

I had my battery tested and it passed, yet I had somewhat similar issues. Replaced the battery and was good to go. Hopefully you get the issue taken care of easily

well car shutdown again! had to shift it manually yesterday. then this morning go and start it and a least 2 cyl. are missing fire. then turned on headlights to limp it to work and the car dies. Same thing as before. no power to anything. tried jumping it. didnt change anything. cant find anything wrong. I think its time for the bone yard
