Default 95 monte carlo z34 surge on cold start and heater/ac fan blows when off ?

hello first id like to thank everyone who has helped me on this thread, i am stilling having issues with surging on cold mournings, stalls if i dont hit the gas. i have changed the iac cleaned the maf put new plugs in. i have nt found a vaccum leak but i did find i think its called a pcv line underneath my battery on the drivers side just dangling. Also my heater/ac fan blows as soon as the car starts i have it turned off but it still blows out the vents anyway. id appreciate any tips or advice to solve my problem thank you.

The line on your driver side probably went to the vacuum ball that's in your fender well. That's what's causing your blower issues, and probably the surge issue as well. Vaccuum leak.
