Default 4T65-E Transmission Shifting Hard

Today I noticed my tranny shifting a little hard and also it was whining a couple of times. I stopped by my local transmission shop where my friend works and they scanned it and found a code 1811. They told me that a process known as Reaming needed to be done. Anyone ever heard about this Reaming Process or know what the Code 1811 Stands for.

I am going to change the fluid and filter and see if that helps next week. Do you think this will help? And do you have any suggestions!!

Luckily I have a 6 month warranty that will cover this so I am wanting to get this figured out before the warranty is gone.

If you have a warranty do not even trouble-shoot yourself, just take it in and if they want to hang on to the car ask them to supply you a rental
