350 turbo pan gasket # 4th gen
I went to pepboys autozone and so on.
Im pretty sure an 83 monte came with a th350 auto. but there asking me for a part number..
Anyone know how i can help these dopes get my gasket? or am I the dope lol?

I wont deal with autozone for that very reason....
I can go to oreilys,napa,Advanced..etc and thats never the issue...
Maybe try somewhere else for your part?
Or even call a local dealership and see what info they can give you....

The TH350 was a common choice of transmission in '83, but there were other options available. Your best bet is to ID your transmission. If it has a square oil pan with 1 corner cut off that's held on by 13 screws, the vacuum modulator is located on the right front and the code M33, M38 or M39 is stamped on the side of it then you have a TH350 transmission.
Edit: If you do find that it is a TH350 the AC Delco part is #25504700. That way they can cross reference it so you get the correct gasket.
