What will it all take to swap it? I have a o1 Monte Carlo 3.4 with mild upgrades intake, exhaust but I want more! I know the basics I will need the engine, ecm, tranny? will mine bolt up? engine cradle the same? any help, or point me to the correct forum would be great thanks!

 

The S/C 3800 game with a 4T65-E HD tranny. I would recommend getting the same tranny to handle the torgue the S/C engine puts out.

 

Not trying to be rude- but search around, there are lots of threads in the various engine forums on here that tell you all of this information.

 

You'll need the motor, transmission, a 6th gen 3800 Monte harness, probably both front axles from the donor car (GTP, anything with an L67 will do) a new tune for the PCM.
