Default 2 problems with adding supercharger

I recently installed the M90 supercharger on my 2000 monte with the zzp kit along with injectors etc

Now with the supercharger the pcv just has a plate screwed over it. On my N/A upper intake manifold there is a sensor plugged into it. When i contacted zzp and sent pics they just said they had never seen one on a 3800 car and gave no suggestions. Is there a way to bypass this sensor?

Also there is a coolant leak on the passenger side of the car. Is there some type of seal or gasket that i missed replacing when putting the coolant lines back in?

Well on your GEN II 3800, your PCV housing has gaskets in it. (I know this because I just replaced upper/lower intake gaskets) With this plate over the PCV, it's probably leaking there. The only way to know for sure is to have a leak test done by a shop or dealership. Also, if this plate is over your PCV, can your PCV vent the crankcase still? This may sound dumb, but are you 100% sure you put the plate on right? We have other members that have put a supercharger on their GEN II 3800 without a problem. Hopefully they see this thread. Just be patient and I'm sure someone will have an answer for you.

The only external part of the PCV on an L67 is that plate- everything else is internal. Inside that plate is the pcv valve- above it is the passage to the air intake stream- below it is the passageway to the crankcase (through the LIM I believe).

True, on the 00 the external pcv cover is twist on with a simple 5v positve/negative/neutral sensor that measures pressure, on the M90 there is just the plate as mentioned. After the upper intake manifold, which had the sensor attached, was replaced with the M90, which only has the screw on plate, what do i do with that sensor?

Can i ground it and connect the+ and - sides for a correct reading? would i need to include a resistor? Or do i need to reflash the pcm?

PS coolant leak solved, and seems to run fine minus the check engine light
