no, buying a junk car to part out.. i already have a 1995 monte that im gonna do the swap on, i just want the OBD-II and the PCM. i know i can find one for cheap but zipper i want my whole budget to be around 4k for everything including the swap, cause i can do the swap myself. im not gonna pay a guy to put it in when i can hopefully do it myself.

Honestly, if you're willing to spend $4k I would buy a different Monte. The reason is because if you do a wiring swap as major as going from OBD-1.5 to OBD-II you will likely run into "bugs" and many other issues could come up that would take forever to find (a bad ground for example). I've seen decent 98-99 Monte Z34's go for $2500. Then you could do a top swap which takes roughly $1000 and then you have $500 left that would buy you a set of headers and a couple other mods to run the top swap knock free.
Again, I'm not trying to diss your car, but I'm trying to show you the best/easiest/cheapest route. If you choose to get another car, please get a Monte If you choose to keep the 95 Z34, then I would suggest doing something different like appearance mods or stereo or both. The choice is yours

thats actually a very good idea. can you change the supercharger on 3800 series 3? or do you just have to stick with the eaton 3.8?.. can you switch his monte to rear wheel drive if he wanted to? if you can, how hard is it?

Changing a FWD to RWD is a VERY involved process. Do a google search, you'll change your mind.
You COULD change the blower on a series III, but that's more efficient than a series II blower... You could get a CSC or a Whipple, maybe put a Kenne Belle blower on it, but all of those options are very custom and expensive.

It's possible to upgrade the supercharger on the 3800's that came with them.
There used to be kits around to upgrade the stock m90 with the rotor packs and snout from an m112, but they aren't available any more unless you want to have the plates for the conversion custom made. A few people are also running whipple twin screw superchargers on the L67/L32 heads, but the only "kit" available for it any more is from Yella Terra in Australia. There are also a few people running CSC's around, but those kits aren't available new any more either.
Overall, it's just much more cost effective to go turbo so all of the vendors dropped their aftermarket supercharger kits.
As far as switching to RWD...that's a hell of a project. I know it's been done on a W-body grand prix, but I can't find the build thread and I honestly don't remember that it ever got finished. Considering the amount of work and the cost of parts involved, it's cheaper to pick up a nice RWD v8 and play around with that.
