You are absolutely right - those are stock SS wheels modified for beadlocks. Amazingly the operation is a very simple and cost effective one on these wheels, easier than you might think.

Wow that thing is super clean. How many miles are on it?

I'm really hoping he can make it with the Monte to our spring Meet & Greet in Michigan on May 18th but I completely understand if it doesn't work out this time. I'd really like to meet Sam and see that car in person.

Hope everything goes well getting it back home to Michigan!

I have 36,000 miles on my car approximately if I remember correctly. And the beadlocks are a very functional and necessary part. With over 800 FWHP at the wheels - the assumption was that I could easily spin the tires right off the wheels, so as a preventative measure I had beadlocks installed to prevent that - never hurts to be cautious.

OH I get what your saying, bead locks to lock in the wheels, i thought they were just assessorys on the wheels themselves.

I know - still a couple weeks away. This weekend I will be out there, finish all the paperwork - and any final miscellaneous issues if any. Come back and schedule Reliable to bring her back. That could take up to 2 more weeks once I make that initial call. Got to wait for a truck in the area coming this way. My ETA is between the 15th and the 20th - got my fingers crossed for the 'sooner'.
