I agree with the sign/graphics shop vrs dealership for two reasons....cost and honestly they would have the better eye for placement as well as the quuality vinyl that won't distroy your paintjob should youhave a change of heart. One more reason for the local shop would be your ability to set the size and style that fits the look "YOU" are looking for and not simply the pattern dealerships pushes, stripes are cool but I suggest you work with making it your own with a good shop.

Alright, check this out. My stripes on my car LOOK LIKE TRASH! I mean the previous had to of not ever waxed this car because there are TONS of contaminants on the stripes, because they were not cleared over. I found a way to clean them good though.

This stuff right here is awesome. I bought it over a year ago and have just been using it diluted around the house for all purpose cleaning. Well when I was trying to clean my seats I wondered if it would work on the vinyl stripes. It does! I sprayed it on undiluted and using the scouring side of a sponge(since the regular side didn't do a damn thing), and the nastyness came off. There is one problem though, it made a little bit of the vinyl come off too, like a top layer or something. I'm gonna wait until the dealer has it detailed to see if the detailer can buff it out, and if he can't I'll do it my way, then wax it right after.
