Default Paint Job?

Hello,

I have a 95 monte carlo LS and recently rear-ended someone. How much should macco charge me to put a new paint job on it? Do they replace body parts for fairly cheap, I am probably going to have to replace all the damaged parts myself before paint if they want to jack up the price.

Thanks,

CD

your further ahead to buy all the parts yourself, where are you located???

maco quotes out prices on tv for paint only, if they have to do any body work(ie sanding, filling, adjusting) up goes the price a looong ways

i haven't seen anything good come out of their shops(paint wise) yet, thats just from what i've seen though

Don't make this mistake of trying to save a buck there. Unless you don't care about your car. If you do care I would save up the money to go to a good body shop. You get what you pay for bro. Period.

I agree, the last thing you want to skimp out is on your paint job.

Yep, go with a body shop. I have heard crap about places like Macco before. They do crappy jobs sometimes.
