few month old thread now but he did a fantastic job bringing your paint back to life,
i'm trying to sell the coating to the g/f for her impala but she if fighting it on me, i really wish i would have did it to my car when i did all my paint correction had 14 hours into it, which is starting to look like garbage again mainly due to my work environment, https://montecarloforum.com/forum/ge...itioned-42090/ |
Just an update, what we thought was oxidation was actually clearcoat failure and it has returned but doesn't look as bad as it did just yet. I just have really thin clearcoat. I am actually going to dip the car. There is a guy in the carclub that I am in that actually does it for a decent price. $700 to do my entire car. IM going to go that route.
How does that product work .what do you do to prep for a dip gray scotch Brite or finner wondering if a mechanical adhesive or chemical any sanding with thin clear is a risky business
I'm not sure. I don't know if there is any prep for dip besides washing the car
Still was an awesome video of how the paint correction worked to get the swirls out
Yeah but the car can still get swirls. When you clean the car you have to do straight lines
