Does anyone know where I can get a new dash panel with all the vents included? I tried to paint it and did a real crappy job on it. I need a new one bad!

 

ok befor eya flip out how did you try to paint it? and also what did it do when you tried to paint it?
I have gone threw thsi wil a frends dash before i did mine this is how i knew exactly what to do for minehe didnt think it was to funny but i did it ment i learnd from his screw up LOL
but it still might be saveabela dn also might still look fine when your done.,

take a photo if you have one so i can see it also.

but the bad news is if you need another one they are not real cheap threw the dealer and they can order oen for ya mine was backorderd for 3months when they bought me my new one and had to repaint it etc..

 

I would look online at local boneyards etc. It's usually a lot cheaper to get a junkyard part to try rattle-can mods first. But since we all have 20=20 hindsight it would be easy to get one of these for a decent price to replace it.

 

car-part.com i belive is the biggest junkyard search, shipping from your state or the next one over is typicly very reasonable, i recently got a front bumper cover from over 100mi away for $25 in shipping.

 

if you get one from the junk yard just make sure its not one where the air bags went off...because they just break all the plastic underneath it...and then they're useless....

but yah the junk yard is the best for these

 

Nothing like dragging up an old subject, but there is a new GM black dash for sale on epay. I just saw it this morning and there is a few days left. I believe it is listed under an 04 if anyone is interested.
