How long do the front windsheild decals normally last?

Mine has been on for about 8 years now, depends on the quality of the vinyl, how often you wash the car, if you do it by hand or in a car wash. How careful you are with ice scrapers etc.

I think the windshield banner looks good. But the big bowtie on the rear window, I think looks dumb. I would stick with just the windshield banner.
