Smile It Made My Day

My boss @ my work bought a Vw Golf, 5 speed 2.0, faded black, dented fender, broken headlight, broken teil light lense, no reverse for 400 dollars 4 months ago.

This last tuesday he was running it threw the auction. It was a slow monday so we washed it and i began detailing it, my boss didnt seem to care. When i was finished i parked it on the other side of the garage, so i could buff and wax it.

Tuesday was another day so i grab a buffer and hit it hard. When i was done the car was it was so shiny. Just as i got dont wiping it down my boss walked in from lunch. He walked but the car and his jaw droped, and he smiled and said "the car looks damn good"

It made my day

That night he told me that his 400 dollar car sold for 750

I'm glad you love what you do, and were noticed by the boss.
That's important in all jobs, you have to stand out and show that you love what you do even if the pay isn't ALL there. Good job, he's lucky to have you as an employee.

na the Auction was paying me 9.50 an hour. Im the 2nd highest paid detailer there lol. The 1st guy under my boss makes .25 cents more then me and hes has been there for like 5 or 6 years.

I also have my bosses support in starting my own business. He has hooked me up with the same chemecial supplyer and hes gonna hook me up with a guy that sells really good buffers for 150 with a 1yr replacement warrenty.

Im really excited, but business is booming really fast. I just hope i got my running shoes on.
