Wow, Hay Space, wish I had the $$$, I would trade in my YelloJAC for a 06 - 07 SS in a heart beat. Would Luv to have 303hp under the Hood of the Amazing Monte. The was on for sale in Ma., Red 07 SS, for just under $5000 when I was looking for one. But it had some serious damage on the passenger side clip. And the windshield looked like it had a Head imprinted in it. Too much work just to get it Road worthy. :-(

it's too bad chevrolet can not give total numbers of the 06 lt3 & ltz, i'am still amazed that a large car company like GM does not keep track or would not keep track of how many 06 3.9 monte carlo's were made. I've been in contact with chevrolet 2 time's and all i could get out of them was that less then 5ooo were made that year with that motor.

So far some of the things I have done include Painting the engine cover as well as the strut tower braces (dog bones), I got some new wheels, Friday I am going to have some new spintech pro street 6000 mufflers as well as some 4 inch tips installed, And that is about it for now. I will be getting a CAI at some point as well as when I need new struts and/or shocks then I'm going to get those and I'm going to lower my car. That's probably the bulk of what I'm going to do to my car since I plan on selling it when I finish paying it off.

And you can really add more H.P than 303 I did and a lot of guys here have to.
There all kinds of thing to do to help that.

Really? What mods and how much are you looking to spend to break 300hp?
Also on the visual side I notice you habe chromed parts. What would it cost if I wanted to crome my engine mounting brackets and bars?
