If it's like my 00, you have to raise the headrest all the way up, and then you will see a small rectangle button to press in to fully remove the headrest.

I got the headrests out by putting a small allen wrench in the pin hole then pressing the button on the other side again. Easy when you know how, lol....

What I can't figure out is how to get the seat belt guides off without destroying them. Those little washers on there are a pain in the *ss......

I'm thinking of doing something to the leather, I just haven't decided what that's going to be yet... Maybe a combo of the large hollow bowtie with the SS logo inside of it?....

Just take your time and pull. It does take a little while and a little force, just work one side at a time and slowly slide them off the rails.

A small flat blade screwdriver and time. Don't be afraid to break it, the washers are flexible and the plastic is tuff. There are little grooves on two sides of each metal rod. Work one side at at time, one slot at a time. It's a literal pain in the neck to drive around without them, I only left mine off for about a week.
