Default Getting new neoprene covers!!

Immaculate 2003 SS in Victory Red...just ordered front seat covers from Autoenhance.com - black with red inserts (that will work out nicely with the black leather). The price was definitely right, but I have to wait up to 3 weeks since they're custom-made. I'm going to condition the leather before putting them one (maybe saddle soap?), but can't wait to see how they look on the car. I already tinted the car, and put a color-matching red windshield strip on it, with SS in the middle of the strip.
It's definitely starting to look really hot!

Dang it! I have to take it back and get a nicer windshield strip, but placed on the inside of the windshield, not on the outside....they can do that, can't they? We are having the mother of all storms here in Pa and I scraped the strip when trying to clear some ice off the windshield. Major suckage.... definitely want that strip; it looks very cool, but I'll have to see about getting it done on the inside. Trying to protect it when I scrape the windows.
Damn snow and sleet!!

That's what I was thinking- it wouldn't look as good. Maybe if I go with a bright silver or white with the SS in black, that might show decently enough from outside...I'm gonna check. The shop I go to has little strips of samples (like paint samples) - so I just have to put them up against the windshield from the inside and stand outside to check her over....it's a plan... I really like the look, so I'm hoping to make it work.
Of course, I'm still working on digging out from the nasty snow fall - missed two days of work at the hospital - so the plans will have to wait a few days!

I would love to see pics of how your seats turn out. I have a 2006 that I was thinking of doing the same. My interior is silver and black, and the seats are all silver, and I want to spice it up a little. I was going to do black outsides, with silver insides, but a friend told me the opposite might look better, because the majority of the interior is silver, and accented with black.
Post pics when you can, so I can see how they look....

They're custom-made, so he said it takes about three weeks. I don't mind; I'm just waiting for some warmer weather to put them on! Don't want to work outside in 5 degree weather!
From what I've seen on the site (and most sites), they make them with the 'color' as an insert and the black on the outer edges/backs/sides/etc. Not sure if they could do it the way you're thinking, but they probably could since they're custom jobs.
I will definitely post pics, as soon as I figure out how! I've always had a problem trying to get pics from my Nikon software onto a site...
