Yep, they're spliced into the low beams, that way they're on when the headlights are on and I don't have to worry about them. I bought the complete assemblies off a member about a year or so ago for about 40 bucks, they I just had to extended the wire and do a quick splice into the headlight.

Every time I see them it reminds me of this vette. I like them and they are a pretty simple and cheap Mod. I have seen them on everything from chargers to cavaliers and even once on a mini van.

I don't mind if people put rookie stripes on their cars...it gives me a heads up to the inexperienced drivers on the road...

No fender stripes for me, just not feeling it. Perhaps small kill slashes, kind of like the Germans put kill rings on their tank barrels. A thin stripe is one kill, a thick stripe is 10 kills... have a Ford, Chevy, Mopar Logo and put kills slashes under each logo as you get them. LOL. okay just trying to come up with a concept that would justify stripes...

I decided I'm gonna hold off on the fender stripes for a while. There are many other things I need to do to the car before fender stripes. Maybe later?

I love my fender stripes! one is thin and the other is thicker and I have them go onto the hood, flat black. I can't remember my measurements, I'll check tomorrow morning and let you know. I went to a local graphics shop and they gave me a sheet of vinyl for like 15 bucks and I cut them out. Not too hard or expensive.

Intresting.... I wonder if they would look as good on my car as they do on yours. Considering my car isn't as nice as yours. I feel like my car isn't quite the kind of car for fender stripes ya know? That's why I'm unsure of what to do...
