Default Decal

Wanna of my buddies gave me a decal and i haven't decided if I want to put it on my car.

The decal is

Now I was thinking about putting this on my rear window, and getting a matching one for the opposite side. Any opinions on how this would look and turn out?

I've seen that decal in stores, and I have to say that I'm not crazy about the flames coming out of the top and bottom of the bowtie. Just doesn't look right. If the flames were coming out of the sides, or even one side would be better.

I think the only place that decal would look good is on either the front licence plate delete, or centered on the rear bumper.

IMHO too many decals, whether they are factory installed or put on yourself, tend to clutter up the outside of the car. Hence the reason a lot of people "shave" the badges off their car. Too many decals/badges will make any car look rice-y. I haven't seen any pics of your car, so I can't say one way or the other. But long story short, I wouldn't put that particular decal on your side windows. Front licence plate delete, definitely! I forget if Alberta uses front licence plates or not.

No we don't. But my monte carlo just had a black license plate holder screwed into the bumper.

If you have an empty indent where the licence plate would go in your front bumper, I would try to find the filler piece for it. Try junkyards and ebay, dealership as a last resort. I would put that decal in your first post where the "8" is on my front bumper in my sig. But that's just my opinion. You're more than welcome not to agree with me.

In that picture you can actually see the outline of the license plate holder.
